How It Works

A small-friends-group fantasy golf tour. Pick your golfers, place your bets, and try not to be Spaulding Smails of the week.

Contest Overview

Weekly contests run through DraftKings. Here's what you need to do to get in.

Create a DraftKings account (if you don't already have one).
Each week, pick 6 golfers for that tournament's field.
Read the DraftKings scoring rules so you know how points are earned.
Highest total points for the week wins.

4 Ways to Play

Pick the level of commitment that suits you. All buy-ins are per player.

Majors	$40	4	Non-majors are beneath you.
Pick and Play	$10 / tourney	1–6	Invite your kids, other friends if you have them.

The 6 tournaments are TBD, but will most likely be the 4 majors plus the Valspar and the TPC. Will finalize once the PGA posts its schedule.

Not Playing For Grandma's House

Money rules, so we can all keep being friends.

Regardless of which way you choose to play, all payments must be received before the start of the 2nd round. No exceptions. If you're in for the season, your $100 needs to be sent before the start of the 2nd round of the first tournament.

Payouts

Gold Jacket Winner (Season)

Pays out 1st, 2nd, and 3rd regardless of how many people are in. Pot will be $40 × number of players. Totals TBD.

Shooters of the Week (Weekly)

Finalized at a later date, depending on number of entrants. If we increase in numbers, we'll pay out up to the top 5. Totals TBD.

Spaulding Smails of the Week

In honor of eating it — $10 goes to the lowest score each week.
